Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties.

We're so confident in the quality of our craftsmanship that we also provide a lifetime warranty on all our products. This covers any manufacturing defects you may encounter, ensuring your AIZOME products last for years to come. Should you experience an issue, we'll happily replace your product free of charge.

In addition, for unworn and unwashed healthwear items, you can return them within 20 days of receiving them for a full refund. A small shipping fee may apply depending on your location.

We're happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, shoes in shoe boxes) within 20 days of your order's ship date. Returns within the US and Shengen area incur a $5 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed or waived if you opt for a store credit refund. International returns incur a $15 shipping and processing fee. Outside of the return window, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.
