To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your bedding is clean and undamaged, and you're within the 12-month trial period. All return requests must be approved before processing. 

Standard 20 Day Return
You are eligible to return any unwashed, clean and undamaged product (excluding Artisan Line) within 20 days of receiving your order.

12 Month Extended Sleep Trial
The extended 12 Month return period is only applicable to bedding orders (excluding Artisan Line) to the US and Germany. You are eligible to return your clean and undamaged bedding within 12 months after receiving your order.

  3. Our customer support team will process and approve your return. Please note that all return requests must be approved before you send us your items. 

Once your return is approved, we'll refund the full unit price of your purchase, excluding any discounts or promotional items received. The refund will be processed to your original method and amount of purchase. Please note that while you're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, any fees or levies charged by your local government are non-refundable.
