Ruby Burgos: Marketplace Manager & Head of Customer Service
Ruby, as the Marketplace Master and Chief of Customer Happiness, monitors AIZOME's marketplace presence and ensures that all customers leave with a smile,. To her, nothing matters more than our clients (and dancing Zumba). She’s rooted in every online platform, nurturing relationships with customers like a gardener tending to her beloved plants.
Misa May: Director of Finance and Operations and Co-Founder
Misa, the Spreadsheet Sorceress and operational oracle of AIZOME, turns numbers and logistics into a symphony as harmonious as nature itself. As Co-Founder, she’s seen it all, from towering achievements to moments that made us rethink our path, steering the ship with a steady hand and a stash of emergency chocolate. Her role also includes the almost impossible task of keeping her co-founder and husband grounded, ensuring he stays rooted in reality.
