1-Year Trial

We believe so strongly in the beauty, quality, and benefit of what we make that we give you a full year to live with it.

Bedding, towels, loungewear, T-shirts, socks, underwear—almost everything we make is covered. Sleep on it, wear it, wash it. This isn't a "keep the tags on" return window. It's a real trial because we want you to actually experience the product before deciding whether it's right for you.

Trial Window

Return any eligible item within 1 year of your order's ship date if you're not completely satisfied.

Condition

Items may be worn and washed. No tags or original packaging are required.

What Happens to Returns

Returned products are never resold. Whenever possible, they're donated or responsibly recycled.

Fair Use

Our trial is intended for personal household use. We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future purchases where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused.

 

 

10-Year Limited Warranty

Every AIZOME product comes with a 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

The warranty is valid for the original purchaser (or gift recipient able to provide the original order information) with proof of purchase.

If your product fails because of how it was made—not because of normal use, accidents, or improper care—we'll make it right. At our discretion, we'll:

  • Replace the product,

  • Replace it with a comparable product if the original is no longer available, or

  • Issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects arising during normal residential use.

What Counts as a Manufacturing Defect

Examples include:

  • Seam or stitching failure

  • Fabric flaws from manufacturing

  • Holes or tears not caused by wear or accidents

  • Hardware failure (where applicable)

  • Other defects in materials or workmanship

What Isn't Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural softening or pilling from regular use

  • The natural evolution of our plant dyes

  • Damage caused by bleach, high-heat drying, or care outside our care instructions

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or alterations

  • Damage caused by pets

  • Commercial or institutional use

Our colors are alive. They naturally mellow, soften, and evolve over years of washing. That's the product working as intended; not a defect.

When your trial period ends, the warranty continues to cover manufacturing defects for the remainder of the 10-year warranty period.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll guide you through the process.

This warranty is non-transferable and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or province.

 

 

Artisan Collection: Final Sale

Every Artisan piece is handmade. Variation in color, weave, and texture is inherent to the craft and part of what makes your piece uniquely yours; it is not a defect.

Because every Artisan piece is one of a kind, these products are final sale and are not eligible for the 1-Year Trial.

They are fully covered by our 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

 

 

Fees & Process

Returns within the United States are free.

International returns are subject to return shipping and processing fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are also non-refundable.

To start a return or warranty claim, simply contact our customer service team by email, chat, or phone. We'll walk you through the process and, where applicable, provide a return shipping label.

This policy applies to purchases shipped to the United States and Canada. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
