We are shipping to: North America, South America, Asia from the United states; to Europe from Germany. If you are ordering to any other country other than the United States and Germany, your government may charge you with additional fees, this has to be paid by you.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If a shipment could not be delivered due to a wrong address provided, it will be returned to AIZOME. To resend undelivered shipments, additional shipping fees may apply.

*The trial will not apply to AIZOME Mask, AIZOME Mesh Filters, and any bedding orders from outside of the U.S. Shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable, and a return shipping fee will be charged.

We not only make great things, we make them to last, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any manufacturing defects, such as seams opening or any faults due to our manufacturing practices, we will replace your product free of charge. Our commitment to quality ensures that you can trust in the durability and craftsmanship of everything we make.

HEALTHWEAR RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY:
At AIZOME Textiles, we value sustainability and customer satisfaction and work to honor these priorities in our return policy. We're happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, shoes in shoe boxes) within 20 days of your order's ship date. Returns within the US and Shengen area incur a $5 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed or waived if you opt for a store credit refund. International returns incur a $15 shipping and processing fee. Outside of the return window, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Return Window: You may return any product for a full refund within 20 days after having received the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable upon return for all countries, including the United States. For international shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

• Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
