Each furoshiki is made-to-order by Cozo Cazama, one of the few remaining masters of the traditional Japanese art of aizome (Japanese hand-dyed indigo). The faint, earthy smell testifies to the high quality of fermented indigo dyes rich in antibacterial, skin soothing properties that has been prized by Japanese samurai and cultures around the world for centuries. Made using our unbleached organic cotton fabric, this miniature masterpiece will be your healthy, eco-friendly sidekick for years to come.
Mizuhiki (Flowing Water): Mizuhiki reflects the graceful power of water, the wisdom of flow, and the ephemeral beauty of the impermanence of life.
Hanakotoba (Flower Language): Expressing what words cannot, Hanakatoba conveys heartfelt emotion through the symbolism of flowers.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If a shipment could not be delivered due to a wrong address provided, it will be returned to AIZOME. To resend undelivered shipments, additional shipping fees may apply.

If you experience any manufacturing defects, such as seams opening or any faults due to our manufacturing practices, we will replace your product free of charge. Our commitment to quality ensures that you can trust in the durability and craftsmanship of everything we make.
HEALTHWEAR RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY:
At AIZOME Textiles, we value sustainability and customer satisfaction and work to honor these priorities in our return policy. We're happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, shoes in shoe boxes) within 20 days of your order's ship date. Returns within the US and Shengen area incur a $5 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed or waived if you opt for a store credit refund. International returns incur a $15 shipping and processing fee. Outside of the return window, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• Return Window: You may return any product for a full refund within 20 days after having received the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable upon return for all countries, including the United States. For international shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
