Content Creator (Execution-first)
Take raw ideas, conversations, and material and turn them into content.
- Edit videos, cut clips, add subtitles
- Post across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Figure out what works, then do more of it
- Build a content system that scales
This is execution and engagement. Daily. No hand-holding. No waiting for perfect instructions.
How you’ll work
Daily check-ins to stay close to what’s happening. Weekly planning to align on narrative and direction.
You’ll work directly with the founder and marketing lead. We’re 6 people. No layers. No bureaucracy.
What we need
- You move fast
- You learn tools on your own
- You care about what you create
- You want to build something meaningful
You don’t need to be experienced. But you need to be serious.
Tools & skills
You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you should be comfortable learning quickly.
- CapCut, Premiere, or similar editing tools
- Native social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Basic content organization (Drive, Notion, etc.)
You don’t need to be perfect, but you should already be creating.
The role
~50% to start (~20 hours/week), designed to grow into full-time. Remote (founders in Chiang Mai & Japan).
Strong plus if you are in or spend time in Chiang Mai, Japan, or California.
No travel required initially. Occasional travel possible later.
Compensation is fair, based on capability, and grows with the role. We are a profitable, growing company, and this can become a well-paying long-term position.
