AIZOME Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the AIZOME Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the affiliate terms and conditions outlined below, and our general terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your participation in our program.

 

1. Eligibility

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.
• By joining, you confirm that the information provided in your application is accurate and up-to-date.

 

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all sales made through their unique affiliate link.
• Commission is calculated on the pre-tax value of the order, excluding shipping costs and discounts.
• Commissions are tracked through our affiliate platform. Only sales properly tracked through your unique link are eligible for commissions.

3. Payout Terms

• Payment Methods: Payouts are available via:
  • Bank Transfer (SWIFT/ACH) – Default method
  • PayPal
  • AIZOME Store Gift Card
• Payment Schedule:
  • Commissions are held for a 45-day clearing period to account for returns and cancellations.
  • Payouts are processed on the first working day of each month for commissions that have cleared.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum of 10 USD is required for a payout. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates are responsible for promoting AIZOME products in a truthful, ethical, and professional manner.
• Affiliates may not:
  • Use false or misleading claims about AIZOME products.
  • Promote links using spam or other deceptive practices.
  • Bid on AIZOME-related keywords in paid advertising platforms without prior approval.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy, advertising, and anti-spam regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

• AIZOME grants affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable license to use promotional materials (e.g., banners, logos) for the sole purpose of promoting AIZOME products.
• Affiliates may not alter AIZOME’s branding materials or use them in a way that misrepresents the brand.

 

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
• Upon termination:
  • Affiliates must stop using AIZOME branding and promotional materials.
  • Pending commissions will be paid out according to the payout schedule, provided they meet the minimum threshold and are not subject to dispute.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions or self-referrals.
  • Using coupon sites or unauthorized discounts to generate sales.
  • Promoting AIZOME in any way that damages the brand’s reputation.
• AIZOME reserves the right to withhold commissions or terminate the account of any affiliate found engaging in prohibited activities.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• AIZOME is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
• AIZOME does not guarantee continuous or error-free access to the affiliate platform.

9. Confidentiality

• Affiliates agree to keep all confidential information about the affiliate program, including commission rates, payout schedules, and marketing strategies, private and not disclose it to third parties.

10. Modifications

• AIZOME reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate platform.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by US laws. Any disputes arising from participation in the program will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
